I also can work everything similar in softwood mill;to be responsibile for finished production.check and recheck it, to make new groups in warehouse by making new location plans(if there is need for that), can organize flexibile truck and containers loads. In excel format all inventory I can sort and make half and full capacity loads,organize loads physically - immediately change them by customer new needs.If truck lift operator is absent,I can replace him; ofcource not so productive,but safely(have licence).
And the main thing; I can come and work any flexible schedule You need!

Ochoco Lumber Company Lithuania is next door to bankruptcy (through this procedure is used another title - Balmeto medis)There was a first sawmill sale for local investors, but failed. I am afraid if mill will be sold in retail , it never comes back .Surely it happens all the time. I'm not naive...When we were in bussiness ,our mill was able to produce 7-9th m3 (russian spruce/pine )finished boards per month.
Finally;my mission is to inform about sawmill,which is ready to go - equipment,dry kilns, lift trucks, railway,experienced employers,relationships with suppliers are still there.
