There is a long tradition pf wood processing in Pihlava. Pihlava Steam sawmill was founded on 12 April 1875. The comany has always made investments to increase the efficiency of the timber -making processes. The latest is a completision of a two-zone progressive kiln in 2004 and a sawline investment 2005.
